Mastering a class

It seems so easy to do, and I've done it before, but now when I try my absolute hardest I can in matches (I've been in Alpha for a year or so), I always get beaten. There's only a few times I've won and that's only through teaming. Know any good techinques to master a class and which ones could be for me?

I like defense and speed, or attack and speed, just anything that's not super op and needs skill to master (and is speedy)

i can relate, but only in a certain way, i'm good as tempus and tundrus, but, tempus, i tend to forget to use E which has been a little bit of a case for some of my deaths, tundrus, i tend to run out of mana using Snowball with Winter Cannon, and Warmth can't keep up, resulting in the cannon being put away and a few seconds of stopping for regen

I can relate to that so much. I think Vulca is for you. He has a base damage of 0.9, but his passive makes it so you don't have to concentrate on his health, and instead you can concentrate on strafing your enemy. His combo, a left hit, a right hit, two shots from his gun, and a lunge with his sword hanging to the right of him, can also be pretty lethal. I suggest using your ult carefully, as it removes .2 defense, whereas the others remove .1 each. Picking opportunities as Vulca is also quite important, as facing even an Abyss without mana and your abilities on cooldown can, in most situations, be lethal. If a Tempus has stunned you, remember you can still attack with your gun!
Pressing E and firing with your gun allows you to aim, as well as giving yourself the power to slow enemies down with the movement speed debuff it has! I suggest waiting until you have 100 mana, and your Z, X and C abilities ready. Once you are planning on going into combat, activate all three. Now, spam the left mouse button, focus on strafing, and deal some damage.!

Don't bother about paying attention to your health, either. The lower you are, the more likely you are to deal enough damage to finish the job of killing that enemy!

Though, this strategy does have its weaknesess. Although it can be very powerful against people who can't stop you from attacking them, this strategy can be completely nullified by Tempus's stun, the normal stun, and also another Vulca's gun! If any of these things happen, change your strategy, as not doing this can cause in an infuriating death. Instead of going for damage with your sword, try to attack from a range. Slow them down with your gun, and then try to shoot them with your gun combo.

Anyway, hope this helped. This certainly helped me - with my typing practice!

Good luck,
